Innovative Furnace Section

• The most original part of the RoboTemp™ horizontal flat glass tempering machine is the multiconvection heating system in the furnace section (patent pending 2003 0354)
• In designing the RoboTemp™ tempering machine, particular attention was paid to ergonomics, energy saving, safe operation and ease of maintenance.

Remarkable Optical Quality

• The RoboTemp™ tempering machine guarantees tempered glass of outstanding optical quality.
• Using multiconvection it is possible to achieve flat, distortion free glass that is also easy to laminate.

Flexibility in Production

• The Innovative FuzzyTemp™ control system (patent pending) keeps the temperature in the furnace constant, regardless of the glass thickness. Since the system is very flexible and allows mixed production, it reduces costs and increases efficiency.
• Different types and sizes of glass can be produced at the same time. The maximum glass size is 2540 x 6400 mm.

Tempering of special glass

• The multiconvection heating system provides perfect tempering of many types of value-added glass, from bronze silvered glass to painted, coated solar and low-E glass.

Increased productivity

• With shorter heating time achieved through multiconvection heating method, the machine offers greater capacity, and since it is easy to operate and manage recipes, it gives a higher yield.

Low maintenance costs

• The ease of maintenance ensures low maintenance costs. Glassrobots also gives a 12-month guarantee on the machine.
