Features:
The wagons can be loaded simultaneously with different moulds
for bullet resistance and architectural glass without affecting
the operation cycles of each type of glass.
Normally comes with two wagons, but can also be built with
three or four wagons. Even start with just one wagon and a
later upgrade of the furnace is possible.
The bending section is located in the middle while the preheating/
cooling/ loading/ unloading sections are at the sides.
The inspection windows are located on three sides of the
wagon for easy visual control of the bending process.
The cooling is arranged by opening the covers
at the preheating/ cooling/ loading/ unloading stations equipped
with a stepless sliding mechanism.
The cooling can also be arranged using an inverter-controlled
blower with an adjustable
vent at the top of the preheating/ cooling/loading/unloading
stations. The blower can also be used for more effective preheating.
The hinged, spring-balanced front walls of the wagons, as
well as the openable covers at the loading/unloading stations
make the handling of the glass easy. The smooth wagon movements
are motorised, speed-controlled by frequency inverters, so
that the glass doesn't slide against the moulds during wagon
transfer.
