• Depending on construction, access to the furnace for glass loading and mould changes can be made even easier with openable walls, mould rails and various lifting devices.
• Spare parts are basic commercial components and are thus easily available in different parts of the world and any repairs can be done quickly and cost-effectively.

Cost-effective operation

Low energy consumption has been achieved through:

• The compact and well-insulated design
• Temperature-controlled bending
• Short preheating time.

Subsequent runs are automatically controlled by the program: once the parameters have been optimized and stored on the hard disk, the control repeats the process in the shortest possible cycle time with the lowest possible energy consumption.

Technical support

When glass is bent into particularly exacting shapes, the equipment and competence related to the use of bending moulds are also important.
