Good alternative when
long series of glass with the same thickness are being
produced, such as:
- Elevator glass
- Balcony glazing
- Display cases
- Revolving doors

Also, when the floor space is limited, this furnace is a good
choice. The furnace is available with 4, 6 or 8 wagons.
The furnace is a compact two-level construction where the glass
sheets travel in similar wagons as in the MBF furnace.
Features:
- From the loading/unloading station, the wagons are elevated
to the upper track with inverter-controlled screw jacks.
- The upper level contains the preheating section(s) and the
bending section.
- From the bending section, the wagon continues on to the
lower level, where the glass is cooled in cooling section(s)
with air blown onto the glass surface through air channels.
- The hinged, spring-balanced front walls of the wagons make
the handling of the glass easy. The smooth wagon movements
are motorised, speed-controlled by frequency inverters, so
that the glass doesn't slide against the moulds during wagon
transfer.
