Laminating Conveyor, Type LAC

The Glassrobots Laminating conveyor consists of a PLC-controlled belt conveyor and three working stations: Cleaning off the separating powder Assembling of the PVB-film Assembling of the vacuum ring.

The cleaning and the PVB-assembling stations are provided with automatically operated tilting arms with suction cups. The PVB-assembling station is located in an air conditioned room:

• Glass position is accurate
• No scratches during handling
• No contamination in between the glasses.
