Autoclave for Curved & Flat Laminated Glass

Made to perform the final bonding or adhesion of the glass and the polyvinylbutural (PVB) interlayer, at the same time accomplishing complete transparency of the products.

Used in the manufacturing of laminated safety glass in varying thickness including burglar and bullet proof laminates.

Features:

• Is a heavy cylindrical pressure vessel
• Made of welded steel
• Equipped with an interior heat insulating blanket, electric heating radiators, an air circulation system and water-cooling radiators
• The door structure incorporates a complex safety locking system operated by an electric motor or in the smallest sizes, manually
• All necessary devices such as exhaust and safety valves, pipe work, process controls, recorders, panels etc. are included in the delivery
• Can be equipped with rails or a steel platform to serve as an extension of the floor level inside the machine, to enable the use of nearly any kind of glass transportation system
• A fully automated process cycle guarantees a high quality end product
• In designing the autoclave, energy saving and safe operation aspects were given special consideration
